Our process is designed to create intentionally planned communities and deliver high-quality homes with efficiency, consistency, and future homeowners in mind. It begins with identifying and acquiring land in growing neighborhoods across the greater Seattle area, followed by careful planning and development of each community. From there, we design and build a range of homes including single-family residences, cottages and townhomes ranging in square footage, style, and functionality. With our homes being planned in advance, we’re able to streamline construction while maintaining a consistent level of craftsmanship across every project. For buyers who purchase early in the process, there may also be opportunities to select certain interior finishes and personal design details, allowing for a home that feels both thoughtfully designed and uniquely yours.

The presale process at Sapphire Homes begins by getting prequalified with our preferred lender. Once prequalified, our team will guide you through available homes within the community, pricing, timelines, and next steps in the purchase process.

Buying during the presale phase gives buyers early access to available homes before the community is fully completed, allowing for a wider selection of homesites and layouts within the neighborhood. Depending on the stage of construction at the time of purchase, buyers may also have the opportunity to personalize select interior finishes and organization features such as flooring, tile, paint colors, accent walls, closets, and other design details. Purchasing presale also gives buyers more time to prepare for their move, plan finances, and follow the progress of their future home throughout construction. While our homes are not custom builds, the presale process allows homeowners to add a personal touch while benefiting from the quality, efficiency, and reliability of a professionally designed home.

We work closely with our preferred lender to make the financing process as smooth and straightforward as possible. Once you connect with him, he will guide you step by step through your financing options, answer any questions, and help you identify the best available programs for your situation, including specialized opportunities such as VA financing for eligible veterans and other tailored loan programs.
