Boulevard Landing is a 14 new construction homes in the City of Burien in the Boulevard Park neighborhood. The project is located at 125th & Military Road South, Burien WA and is 2 miles northeast of SeaTac Airport and 8 miles south of downtown Seattle, Washington.

The houses in this development are 4 bedroom homes that are between 2,500 and 2,700 square feet. For floorplan 2671 and 2863, we will have 3 different exterior elevations. Exquisitely finished level will be at or above similar houses in the area with slab granite in kitchen and master bath, sill wrapped windows, hardi-plank exteriors, and prefinished millwork. Plat development will begin in the Fall 2015 with home construction beginning in Spring 2016.
