I represented the builder as his listing agent on a new construction community of 9 homes. The entire experience was great from beginning to end. We discussed from the beginning expectations and communicated well during the entire process. He was very open to collaboration of ideas to increase marketing and was willing to spend a few dollars to market and build his brand and at the same time we worked to sell the community at a rapid pace to make all parties involved happy.
